where friendship is hidden in lies...
Almost two hundred years ago a small band of cats began to excel, above all the other felines in the pack. These select few became mighty warriors, and were deigned to protect the rest of the pack from invasion. Nothing could stop these felines, and soon the power went to their heads. They began questioning authority, testing their limits, the boundaries that had been laid before them. Schemes were dreamed up by them, to see just how far they could go, just how much they could get away with. For months, no one dared oppose them, the rest of the clan merely watched in horror at what these once noble warriors had become. Finally, a year had gone by, and with more power than thought possible for just one band of felines, they waged war on the leaders of the pack. What power they had was no longer enough, they wanted complete control, of all the felines in the land. read full introduction in the guidelines.
These are the rules. Of course, read them all the way through to get your characters accepted. This is the only way we have order on the site, so please make sure you read them through. This is a unique roleplay, so we have some different concepts than others.
If you have a suggestion, concern, or a idea of how to make Sovereign a better site then this is where you should see. We will have a list of what we are working on, and what has already been said accepted or denied.
Since all you members get this whole site it is only fair that us staff members get a place to talk about what should happen, who we should ask to become staff, brainstorm a plot. But just to make sure you don't peek, this board is password protected.
If you are going on vacation, taking a small break, or are just to busy and don't have time for role playing these days then this is where you will need to post. Us staff are pretty powerful, but one of our powers are not being able to read your mind so please post before going anywhere!

Every twist and turn that leads you to Lacora Valley is uplifting. The vast land that the valley encompasses is bountiful with wild game and fine greenery. Even with all its bright allure, the valley is well protected on all accounts, the land is nestled between two high snow peaked mountains, providing it a durable and practically insurmountable shield. One pathway to the valley winds between these two mountains, but it is easily guarded. Lacora Valley is a pleasant climate, the temperature stays at a constant rate, even through the seasons. Clouds dot the sky and the sun seems to always shine down merrily, covering the land in its warmth, rainfall is highly unlikely, if not completely improbable. A sparse amount of trees can be found in the valley, and provide shade to the passerby.
Massive and giving the illusion of an impenetrable fortress, Jekaya Mountain deters most intruders from even attempting what appears to be the impossible. Trees cover half of the mountain, making that side appear far darker than the other, this side is what is more easily accessible to the outside world. This territory is far more affected by the seasons than others, being more exposed to the weather. However, the majority of the year the sun shines down on the land giving it a more cheerful appearance, at least to the side not darkened by the trees. If one passes through the dense forest and arrives on the other side, it is welcomed with a cool land with lush plants and plentiful prey. Be warned though, the farther one travels up the mountain, the colder and less welcoming the land becomes.

Feel the wind, feel the change of mood. No longer are you filled with light, no longer can you feel the warmth of happy things. Take in the darkness, feel the sudden chill of his dark forest. Enemies are everywhere, darkness hides them well. Take a left next to you burnt oak tree, and descend his rocky cliff has a narrow walk way. The forest is behind you now, the sun is bright and above you but the warmth isn't there. The endless fog take most of it's heat away leaving everyone below the cover cold and bitter. Careful where you step, the ground here is unstable. The way down this canyon get more narrow every step you take. Now come the heart-stopper. The jump that mean life or death for who ever lives. Take a breath and leap, beg that you will make it and land safely on the other side. If you do keep going the bottom of the canyon is just foot-steps away. Once you reach the bottom take a slow look around. Not much down here, a few trees some low laying shrubs. No much, even in daylight the area is gray and dull. Take great care when you walk, the ground is cracked and easy to cut a paw. Welcome to the Grave
The orchard tempts and taunts those who are seeking a companion, a mate. The enticing scent of the flowers lures those that have begun their search. Some scour the lands tirelessly, looking for that perfect one, still others settle their eyes on the first prospect they encounter. Flowers and grass cover the ground, and trees rise from the invisible roots, offering their fruit, and still others produce the sweet smelling flowers that were the inspiration and name of this meadow. This is a wide area filled with trees, and virtually devoid of undergrowth. The trees are a mixture of oak, maple, as well as apple trees and pine trees. It smells quite strange here, but in some ways it's actually very nice. Over all this place is good for a loner to make home for a short time. I wouldn't stay here year around mostly because larger animal in other words animal that could eat you tend to come here during the fall and winter months. Stay clear of these beings and enjoy your loner life. Loner Turf

A plateau separated from much else, on the far right side is the Orchard, where many have been before coming to this place, set aside for but one reason. The turf is spacious, allowing many felines to roam freely, without ever meeting. Tall grass stands above the heads of most animals that enter, allowing them privacy to do what is expected. The sun shining down keeps the grounds a comfortable temperature, and the shrubs keep the air a fresh pine scent. Breeding Grounds
